It was held last weekend at Misano Adriatico, the highly anticipated World Superbike. Coinciding with this event, the circuit hosted the European Superstock 600.

An important event for PZRacing, which involved three different teams linked to us: the Gradaracorse PZRacing Team (with Massimiliano Spedale), the Maran.ga Racing Team (with Davide Stirpe) and the Sonic Pro Race (with Gennaro Sabatino). All the three drivers have entered the competition as a wild card.

The qualifying tests on Saturday morning confirmed the trend of the season: a 34 th place for Massimiliano Spedale (who can’t free himself of the unlucky loop which is marking its 2014), two leading positions for the other two drivers: 4th place for Stirpe and 5th place for Sabatino.

But let’s get to the Saturday race…

Spedale comeback and goes to the 22 th place … 12 positions gained are the proof that this race could be successfully concluded!

Excellent result for Stirpe, which starts immediately in third position and, even if pressed by Tessel, held the lead and reach the third step of the podium in his first international competition.

A good outcome even for Gennaro Sabatino, who gets a fifth place … Despite the remarkable result, Gennaro is not completely satisfied and declares: “I could do better, too bad!”
